These terms cover your use of this website and our text message program. Service agreements for Nimble customers are separate and take priority where they differ.
SMS program
- Program: Nimble School Marketing updates. Texts about your homepage mockup, scheduled walkthroughs and Nimble services.
- How you join: by checking the SMS consent box on our mockup request form. Consent isn't required to get a mockup.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@nimbleschoolmarketing.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number. We never share it for third-party marketing.
Free mockups
A mockup is a design preview to help you evaluate Nimble. It's free and comes with no obligation. Content and images taken from your current website stay yours, and we use them only to prepare your mockup.
Using this website
Please use this site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it or submit false information. We may update the site and these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
No warranties; limits of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Nimble School Marketing LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.
