Nimble School Marketing LLC ("Nimble School Marketing", "Nimble", "we") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you give us when you request a mockup or book a call: your name, role, school name, school website, email address, mobile phone number and any question you add.
  • Emails you send us, which we keep so we can respond and keep a record of our conversation.
  • Booking details when you schedule a walkthrough through our scheduling provider (Cal.com), such as the time you pick and any notes you add.
  • Usage information such as pages visited, the site that referred you, campaign tags (UTM parameters), your approximate country, device and browser type, collected with cookies and similar technologies through our analytics provider (PostHog).

How we use it

  • To build and send the homepage mockup you asked for, and to follow up about it.
  • To schedule and hold walkthrough calls.
  • If you opt in, to send you text messages about your mockup and Nimble services.
  • To understand which pages and channels are useful, and to improve the site.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Nimble School Marketing about your mockup and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting a mockup or buying anything.

We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Nimble, under their own privacy and security terms: hosting, data storage and email (Cloudflare), scheduling (Cal.com) and analytics (PostHog). We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're in touch about the mockup or your account, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
  • Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This website is for school staff and leaders. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information here.
